What You Will Do
Reporting to the CEO as AbiMar’s Human Resources Director, you will provide executive-level leadership and guidance to the organization's HR operations. You’ll be responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals.

All employees are responsible for knowing and following all safety rules as provided in the Employee Handbook and Safety Code Book as well as job specific training.
