What You Will Do
This role will involve leading a small, distributed team of two QA engineers, ensuring quality across our platform. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping Aidium’s QA practices, advocating for quality at every step of the development process.

You are a driven QA professional who can balance being hands-on with technical work and managing a small team. You thrive in fast-paced startup environments and are interested in helping to build out processes and establishing best practices.
