What You Will Do
You will lead the end-to-end UX design and research process, creating user-centered solutions for loan officers by conducting research, developing personas, and designing intuitive interfaces. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with user needs, utilizing tools like Figma and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.

You are a senior UX designer eager to apply your knowledge of UI/UX best practices for web and mobile applications in startup environments. You’re a strong collaborator who can work with cross-functional teams to align user needs with business goals.
