What You Will Do

The Account Executive - H-E-B position is responsible for increasing the market share of the brands we represent by developing and maintaining relationships with key conventional food and convenience stores retailers along with market managers. The position is high-visibility and involves presenting our client products at retail headquarters, road show events, and even through cold-calling. Further, the Account Executive will serve as an advocate for our Client products to ensure they receive proper placement in H-E-B and Central Market establishments. This position interfaces with retail customers as well as various members of the Alliance team including Customer Service and Administrative Support teams.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate must have experience calling on HEB, Central Market. In addition, the ideal candidate must possess a professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused demeanor with the ability to influence at high levels within an organization. Successful Account Executives will be well-organized and have a proven track record of sales in the Retail and Consumer Product Goods industries. The position is largely independent, so the successful candidate will be self-motivated, disciplined, and high-energy. Ability to present to both an individuals and/or groups is imperative.
