What You Will Do

The Transaction & Office Administrator will be responsible for transaction administration and office/company administration for Four Mile Capital, for FMC’s sister company, Kalos Residential, and as needed for each property owned by FMC. The employee will also assist with investor relations and marketing on an as needed and as requested basis.

The ideal candidate can work independently and as part of a team, is highly organized and has an exceedingly high level of attention to detail. In addition, they will thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented atmosphere where the workload and its intensity will ebb and flow, and tasks will change frequently, often on short notice. The T&O Administrator must be able to prioritize, stay organized and determine which tasks require the most immediate attention.
