What You Will Do

As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will work closely with the sales, finance, and operations team to ensure that all orders are properly processed and on time. This person will play a key role in owning the entire ordering process from received PO to product delivery and ensuring accuracy. This is a fully remote position.

You have a strong customer service mindset and are willing to go above and beyond to build strong relationships with internal and external partners. As someone who is flexible and nimble, you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment and are willing to roll up your sleeves and wear multiple hats to support the business on a high growth trajectory.
