As we expand our retail footprint, we are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support our growth by ensuring seamless order management and top-tier customer service for our CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) business.
What You Will Do
The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing order processing, coordinating with internal and external partners, and providing excellent customer service to retail and distribution partners. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment, resolving order issues, and supporting the broader sales and operations teams.
