What You Will Do

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our national sales strategy. This includes generating outbound leads, conducting virtual sales meetings, attending industry conferences, and collaborating with our lead generation and marketing teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). This is an opportunity to own the role, grow the business, and be well-compensated for hitting sales targets.

Who You Are

You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment and a strong knowledge of the agriculture industry, particularly feed and supply chains. You are self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to take ownership of a role.
