About Little Kickers Swim School
Little Kickers Swim School provides personalized, one-on-one swim lessons that not only prioritize water safety, but also nurture a lifelong affinity for swimming. Our approach ensures that every child learns at their own pace. With a highly individualized, and experience-driven approach, we are able to zone in on each child’s unique needs with regard to their performance levels, learning styles, and strengths.
Kickin’ It Kids Gym is a space where we foster a passion for physical activity through enjoyable play experiences. Our gym contains a state-of-the-art indoor playground that offers endless fun for kiddos in addition to a diverse list of classes. We empower children with essential skills for a healthier lifestyle, focusing on locomotor development, stability, social interaction, and confidence-building activities. From parent-assisted sessions for babies and young children to drop-off fitness classes led by expert coaches, we're dedicated to nurturing active, confident kids.
What You Will Do
The Director of Operations at Active Enterprises is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of all brands underneath the AE umbrella. The Director of Ops ensures that the school's programs run smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and employee performance. This role involves strategic planning, financial oversight, staff development, and continuous improvement of operational processes.

Who You Are
As the leader of our Operations, you possess a high level of emotional intelligence and have substantial experience working directly with Founders. Your background includes extensive collaboration and operational expertise within companies offering in-person services such as hotels, gyms, hair salons, boutique spas, and daycare centers. You are well-versed in managing services that require booking and ensuring adequate coverage for when staff members are unavailable. Your experience spans working with new businesses or startups, often involving the complete overhaul of existing operations. You have a proven track record of business expansion, including opening new locations, and you have overseen facility maintenance as part of your role. Additionally, it is a plus if you have worked with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) or similar frameworks and have experience rolling out CRM platforms within a company. Your passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a people-first environment is matched by your enthusiasm for working with children and ensuring they receive an outstanding experience
