What You Will Do
The Director of Supply Chain will be responsible for building out and leading MOM’s Organic Market’s Supply Chain department and will leverage a broad level of experience in supply chain & supplier performance management. Collaboration with various MOM’s Organic Market teams, such as executive leadership, category management, department specialists, as well as with key suppliers will be necessary to identify challenges and drive improvement. This role requires a balance of providing vision with feet on the ground execution. This is a full-time role reporting out of our Central Store Support office in Rockville, MD (some travel required).

Leveraging your strong experience with supply chain management, you enjoy solving interesting challenges, finding efficiencies and building processes. You are highly detail oriented and can prioritize tasks in a quickly challenging environment. Others would describe you as dependable and self motivated. Your strong analytical skills allow you to take data and look at the big picture strategically to find solutions, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
