What You Will Do
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Quality that can help us continue to produce safe, quality food, in our rapidly growing business. The Senior Manager of Quality will work closely with management and all departments of the business to evolve the existing policies and programs that enable Springfield Creamery to continue to produce safe and high-quality products.
Who You Are
You are passionate about managing the quality department and building a team to oversee all Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs. Passion for excellence and the brand are at the forefront of success in this role. Enjoying being on site and mentoring, coaching, and developing your team so that they are able to work independently is a highly regarded skillset.
