What You Will Do

The Manager of Sales Planning & Analytics will play a critical leadership role in managing and optimizing sales strategies, pricing, promotional planning, and performance analysis across all channels and brands. This position will be responsible for providing actionable insights, guiding sales planning processes, and supporting the execution of growth strategies in alignment with the company's financial and strategic goals.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for data and expertise in CPG sales analytics, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive the performance of NextFoods' brands. You are passionate about data and there is nothing you love more than creating meaning and insights from large amounts of complex data. In addition to enjoying being hands on pulling data and reports, you are highly confident in speaking to insights and helping craft selling stories. You are excited about being the leader for insights for the entire company, including two brands, and presenting valuable information to the leadership team. A collaborative and supportive team player, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are always happy to adapt and pivot.
