What You Will Do

● Develop Plantstrong ecomm strategy and planning to deliver monthly and annual sales target

● Formulate and deploy advertising strategy to drive conversion at Plantstrong.com

● Work with digital marketing agency to test and deploy effective advertising content

● Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive online purchases

● Analyze results of all activities to understand trends and ROI to identify strategies to improve sales

● Test and optimize brand messaging

● Optimize user experience and SEO for Plantstrong.com

● Participate in Marketing strategy and planning activities

● Pull analytics and sales data to make educated decisions on how to grow or optimize programs

● Partner internally to develop, implement, and optimize effective online campaigns, digital marketing, and social media strategies that drive traffic, increase conversion, and expand sales

Who You Are

You love to build best-in-class customer experiences and know the levers to pull to scale traffic, conversion, and order value. You’ll bring a passion for digital marketing and technology, have a keen understanding of e-commerce, and are eager to quantify marketing ROI to maximize budgets. This role will work cross-functionally and is customer-facing with partners and service providers, so strong interpersonal skills and business savvy are important.
