What You Will Do

PLANTSTRONG Foods seeks an experienced Director of Natural Sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong history of managing external sales brokers in a small food business. You will lead, manage, and drive PLANTSTRONG's all-natural retail channel business. This individual is responsible for delivering annual revenue and trade spending targets within the Natural Channel while working with the SVP of Sales & Ops on expanding strategic retail relationships across multiple channels nationwide.

The ideal candidate enjoys being in the mix of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company and is passionate about food. The Director of Natural Sales is excited to work cross-functionally with a high attention to detail to keep projects on track while meeting high-quality standards. This person must be resourceful, have previous experience in the CPG industry, and have a genuine interest in the natural foods space. You also understand and are potentially passionate about Plant-based foods. Experience working with and developing new relationships with key natural accounts is a requirement. Preferred to be based in the Austin, TX area.
