You are a dynamic and hands-on Chemical Process Engineer with a strong background in lab-to-production scale-up, batch processing, and encapsulation equipment. You thrive on problem-solving, optimizing manufacturing efficiency, and are eager to grow into an R&D Manager role. With a solid foundation in Chemical Process Engineering, including lab work, batch processing, fluid dynamics, and material sciences, you bring expertise in process design, scale-up, and technology transfer from lab to production. Your experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry, has equipped you with the skills to tackle complex manufacturing challenges.
