About Rudi's Organic Bakery
Since 1976, Rudi’s has been an iconic brand that specializes in delicious organic and gluten-free breads, buns, English muffins, and tortillas. Available nationally, Rudi’s is experiencing industry-leading growth fueled by our signature sourdough products. The next stage of Rudi’s growth is to leverage our baking heritage by introducing value-added frozen products that use our spectacular breads as the base.

What You Will Do
Reporting to the CEO and as part of Rudi’s senior leadership team, the SVP of Operations will be responsible for all supply chain initiatives at Rudi’s. This will include developing the strategic operations plan to support Rudi’s rapid growth while improving the gross margin profile of the business across all categories. This position is based in Colorado where we have two bakeries and are converting our offices into a specialty bakery to support new products. This position will also be responsible for overseeing co-manufacturer relationships and our distribution team.
Who You Are
You are a seasoned leader with a proven track record in scaling companies, demonstrating qualities of a proactive, trustworthy, and adaptable servant leader. With experience in food manufacturing, ideally baking, you bring a strong continuous improvement mindset. Your analytical skills and comfort with performance reporting make you effective in working with cross functional teams. You have an ability to thrive in diverse environments, roll up your sleeves, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
● The base salary for this position ranges from $225,000 to $250,000 annually. In addition to the base salary, there is potential for variable compensation. This is based on skills and capabilities, as well as individual and company performance.
