What You Will Do
As the New Construction Sales Consultant at Signature Windows + Doors, you will be fully accountable for closing at least $1.4 million of new construction sales annually, with an on-target goal of $2.5 million. Success in this role demands building and maintaining relationships with general contractors, builders, and architects specializing in custom single-family residential projects following traditional construction techniques for high-net-worth individuals. This position has the additional requirement of being geared towards high-touch, high-empathy service to the homeowners of these projects.
